We use a combination of variables including comparable sales, price per square foot, location weighting, condition, aspect and desirability.

 

Once we have assessed your property we will contact you with our suggested price, full details on our findings including comparable evidence and the current market conditions.

 

Once instructed we will make arrangements, convenient to you, to have photographs taken, floor plans drawn up and an EPC carried out. Full particulars will then be forwarded to you for your approval.

 

Advertising your property

With professional quality photographs and floor plans, up to date internet advertising on the Ted George website, across all the main portals (including Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location) and press advertising when appropriate means you will have local, national and international presence.

 

We can be flexible in our working methods in line with your needs and we don't get caught up in the restrictive practices that our larger competitors often face.

 

When marketing properties, we won't sit back waiting for enquiries to come in. We are proactive and completely focussed on finding the right buyer for you.

 

If we are permitted to we will put up a For Sale board. These can be a very effective way of generating interest.

 

Going the extra mile

We will accompany every viewing (unless you ask us not to), provide regular feedback and fully vet buyers to ensure quality viewings. Upon agreeing a sale we will work closely with you, the buyer and the appointed solicitors to ensure that the property sale completes. This reduces misunderstandings, stress and lost time.
