With professional quality photographs and floor plans, up to date internet advertising on the Ted George website and across the main portals you will have local, national and international presence.


We can be flexible in our working methods in line with your needs and we don't get caught up in the restrictive practices that our larger competitors often face.


When marketing properties, we won't sit back waiting for enquiries to come in. We are proactive and completely focussed on finding the right tenant for you.


If we are permitted to we will put up a ‘To Let’ board as these can be a very effective way of generating interest.


We will accompany every viewing, provide regular feedback and fully vet tenants to ensure quality viewings.



Tenant Find Only 7% plus VAT (8.4% inclusive of VAT)
Tenant Find/Rent Collection 8% plus VAT (9.6% inclusive of VAT)
Full Management 9% plus VAT (10.8% inclusive of VAT)

For new properties to Ted George, should you wish us to carry out an inventory for you, we charge the equivalent of 1 week's rent for this (subject to a minimum charge of £300 inc VAT). For furnished properties there would be an additional charge. Please ask for details. Overseeing maintenance during a rent void period - 6% (inclusive of VAT) of the previous months rent. Client Money Protection is provided by Client Money Protect. Redress through The Property Ombudsman Scheme.
